Your business is important to me! I appreciate you making the choice to support a small, independently owned business. Please read the following FAQ's and let me know if you have further questions or concerns. 

 

What is a metaphysical supply store?

Our store features goods that are believed to contain energies and powers of metaphysics. The truth is, everything around us has powers, not just crystals! I also make all my products with Magick and cleanse the product right before shipping.

When does your shop get updated?

I try to up~date my products at least once a week.

 

How do I contact you?

Through the contact page. I try to answer emails within 2 days.

 

Do you take custom orders?

I love custom orders! If you need something specific, we can work together to make sure you get exactly what you need. Custom Orders are final.

 

What payment type do you take?

I take the following payment methods; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and good old USA cash.

Will you sell my information? Will I get spam from you?

Never! All information you provide is ONLY used to process and fulfill your order. I do not work with any 3rd party companies nor sell your data to anyone. Even internally, access is limited to even the most basic name and address information. See our full privacy policy here.

Do you accept wholesale orders? Do you accommodate bulk orders?

How do you deliver?

We usually use the fixed rate boxes from the USPS.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If I have already processed your order, you need to contact me and return the product. Once product is received by me, I will refund all but shipping cost. If the product is a custom order sales are final.

What if my piece arrives damaged or broken?

Hopefully I have packed your purchase well enough so you don't have to worry about that. If it does get damaged, email me a picture and we will discuss your options.

Prices do not include shipment.

If you see an item you like, you can SPECIAL ORDER one and I will make it as close to the original as I can. You can also request colors you want.
